By browsing norva.pro or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply to the website only — a separate, signed agreement governs any actual project we deliver for you (see section 4).

3. Using this site
This site is here to describe our services, let you request a quote, and let you get in touch. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our forms
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the site or the servers it runs on
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce the site's content for commercial use without our permission
- Use the site to send spam or unsolicited communications to us or other visitors
4. Quotes, estimates, and project work
Anything you see on this site — pricing indications, scope examples, timelines discussed via the Get a Quote form or the homepage contact form — is a starting estimate, not a binding offer. A quote becomes binding only once both sides sign a separate project agreement covering the actual scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. That agreement, not this website, governs the work itself.
5. Shopify apps and other third-party listings
Apps we've built and published — such as those linked from our Shopify Apps page — are distributed through the Shopify App Store and are governed by that platform's own listing terms, pricing, and support process, not by this website.
6. Intellectual property
The design, text, and code of this website belong to Norva Pro unless otherwise stated. You may view and share pages of this site for your own personal or internal business reference, but you may not copy, resell, or republish it as your own. Work we deliver under a signed project agreement is licensed or transferred to the client according to the terms of that agreement, not this page.
7. No warranty on the website itself
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind about uninterrupted access or the completeness of anything described on it. Service descriptions are illustrative — the exact scope of any engagement is defined in your project agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Norva Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This clause does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Third-party links
Where this site links out — for example to a Shopify App Store listing — we're not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of that third-party site.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or our services evolve. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
